How long will the survey take?
– Surveys general take a minimum of 4 hours
What time do your surveys usually start?
– At at a time that suits the client, but usually 9:00 a.m.
Do you liaise with the developer?
– Yes, if required.
When can I expect to receive the report?
– Between 24 and 48 hours after the completion of the survey.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
– No deposit is required.
What happens if my legal completion date changes?
– We pride ourselves on being flexible, so OPI will happily amend your survey date.
What if my builder wants my snag list within 7 days?
– Feel free to submit your snag list to the builder at any point during your warranty period. There's no need to feel pressured to submit it earlier than you're ready.
Do you offer any after care?
– Yes, we will happily support you through your warranty period and beyond.
What areas do you cover?
– Mainly the South West. However, our reach is ever-increasing; we've recently completed a number of projects in Oxfordshire.
